And now, The most anticipated Nigerian reality show has begun " Big Brother Naija" Season 5

 

Unknown to many, the first season of Big Brother Naija formerly "Big Brother Nigeria" show aired on DSTv Channel 37 from the 5th of March to the 4th of June 2006, and the show was stopped for a long while due to some unknown reasons till it came into the spotlight with "Season 2" in 2017.

Here are the winners of the reality show from 2006 till date

Big Brother Nigeria ( Naija) Season 1

Big Brother Season 1 started on the 5th of March 2006 and ended on the 4th of June 2006, The main presenters were Olisa Adibua and Michelle Dede,

The winner of Big Brother Nigeria Season 1 was " Katung Aduwak "

 

Big Brother Naija Season 2

The Second Season of the reality showed premiered on the 22nd of January 2017 to 9th of April 2017 after 11 years break.

The main presenter was Ebuka Obi Uchendu, who was also a housemate in the first season.

The winner of Big Brother Naija Season 2 was " Michael Efe Ejeba"

 

Big Brother Naija Season 3

The Third Season the reality show aired on the 28th January 2018 and ended on the 22nd April 2018. The main presenter was still Ebuka Obi Uchendu.

The winner of Big Brother Naija Season 3 was " Miracle Igbokwe"

Big Brother Naija Season 4

The Fourth Season of Big Brother Naija aired on the 30th of June, 2019 and ended on the 6th of October, 2019.

The reality showed had a great turn around this season as the first female winner emerged. The main presenter still remained Ebuka Obi Uchendu.

The winner of Big Brother Naija Season 5 was "Mercy Eke "

 

Big Brother Naija Season 5

The fifth season of Big Brother Naija aired on the 19th of July, 2020 and it is expected to end around October. The Main presenter still remains Ebuka Obi Uchendu.
